Just finished seeing Rocketman. I think it is the best movie I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve never been so moved, entertained, and reflective all at one time. Taron Egerton is Oscar-worthy, as is the movie and score. Don’t miss this one. I saw it yesterday and ready to see it again. I too loved learning what the Snoopy and Rocketman John Elton play piano shirt songs meant to him at the time. My first memory of him was the video on I’m still standing. I loved that the movie ended with that song which introduced me to Sir Elton John. The circle here: Egerton played in Kingsman 1 and 2 Elton John was in the second one as himself. Egerton was the Gorilla in the animated movie Sing, in which he sang I’m Still Standing by Elton John. Now Egerton is playing Elton John in a biopic. I may be wrong, but I am thinking Egerton may be a fan.

Great trailer I had forgotten just how many beautiful songs Elton John has written and performed. I could care less about the Snoopy and Rocketman John Elton play piano shirt outrageous outfits and the glitz. The incredible talent shone through all of it. Gay, straight…I don’t care. He and his boyhood friend and early collaborator Bernie Taupin had flashes of musical genius. I can still remember the first time I ever heard “Your Song” and Tiny Dancer. Good job Reg Love Elton John since 1974 always been a fan always will be thank you for the music it was a part of my growing up especially Bennie and the Jets but also the other music that you bought out my favorite album is Goodbye Yellow Brick Road my favorite song is a sweet painted lady I will see the movie.

I think Taron Egerton has the look down, but his singing is absolutely terrible in it. But I’m very excited for this movie, I’m a big Elton John fan. I can’t wait next year for the Snoopy and Rocketman John Elton play piano shirt new Ziggy Stardust David Bowie biopic coming out Not to put to fine a point on it but Elton John isn’t dead. He can tell his own life story perfectly well. We can ask him. He’s right there. this movie is great! I learned so much about Elton John’s childhood and his early years as a singer. It was a tear jerker too!!! I just know it’s going to be nominated for Oscars for sure and Taron Egerton should win the best actor.
